Quality Control Manager

Our client is seeking a Quality Control Manager for datacenter project in Springfield, VA for a confidential hyperscale government (fitting out 2 data center halls). This person would be on contract for the entirety of the project (slated to be complete in Aug. 2025), with the possibility of conversion and/or extension. This person will inspect the project before, during, and after construction to ensure compliance with all safety and quality specifications. as well as the following: Reviewing submittals for compliance with contract documentsReviewing delivered materials for compliance with approved submittals/contract documents Conducting Pre-con meetings with contractors for the definable features of work (DFoW)Reviewing and adhering to the QC plan, DFoW log and testing/inspections log Participating in the 3 phase quality inspection process -- Preinstall/first work/follow up inspectionsTrack quality deficiencies and aid in resolution.
