Completes Loan Servicing activities for both commercial and consumer loans, while having interaction with internal and external customers.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesManage the daily operations of the department in an efficient and effective mannerMonitors workload and turn time meeting service level agreementsProvides training to team members as needed, communicates clear instructions, and monitors team member’s participation.Completes daily “check-back” and administer the necessary corrections to resolve exceptions notedEstablishes overall goals and objectives for the Loan Operations team(s).Assists team with workload to meet deadlinesConduct various assessments and audits to ensure department procedures are achieving accurate and desired results. Implement clean-up procedures and corresponding changes when necessary and as appropriateCommunicate with the VP to coordinate system and control activities related to loan documentation and monitoringProvides top-quality service to both internal and external customers meeting service-level agreementsWorks routinely with senior lenders and upper managementCompletes all Loan Servicing activities as neededPerforms other duties as requiredQualificationsLeadership skills and previous training experience preferredStrong independent thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and accuracyExcellent follow-through and follow-up skills as well as the ability to multitaskAbility to prioritize workflow and handle shifting priorities/diverse responsibilities while meeting multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environmentDetail-oriented and well-organizedMotivated and open to changeAbility to communicate with customers both internal and external.
