We are seeking a

Senior Director of Marketing

to lead the development of paid media strategies across top platforms, guide engaging email campaigns, and manage advanced programmatic advertising. In this role, you will lead a talented team of media buyers, copywriters, and videographers, ensuring the execution of effective sales funnels and paid media efforts.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Leadership and Team Development

Build, mentor, and develop the marketing team, creating a culture focused on continuous improvement with clear KPIs and career paths.Foster a culture of excellence and learning within the marketing team.Collaborate with other leadership teams, ensuring all marketing efforts align with sales, customer success, finance, and other departments.Paid Media Campaigns and Strategy

Align paid media strategies with organic efforts to ensure a cohesive and on-brand message across all campaigns, prioritizing long-term brand reputation over quick results.Lead the creation and optimization of high-performing sales funnels and paid media campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and Google.Monitor and optimize campaign metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CPL, CPM, and CTR to achieve business objectives.Utilize tools like HubSpot and other data analysis platforms to assess and improve campaign performance.Workshops and Thought Leadership

Participate as a subject matter expert in workshops and training sessions, contributing insights on marketing and advertising strategies as needed.Marketing Operations and Automation

Develop a centralized marketing dashboard to track all KPIs, ensuring visibility and actionable insights for senior leadership.Implement marketing automation tools and processes, working with the IT team to ensure seamless campaign execution.Conversion Optimization and Funnel Management

Lead efforts to optimize conversions across all marketing channels, focusing on improving customer experience and increasing conversion rates.Own and report on the marketing lead funnel, optimizing the customer journey for maximum conversions.Data-Driven Decision Making and Reporting

Collaborate with the sales team to analyze marketing and sales data, generating insights to drive strategic decisions.Develop best practices for scalable and efficient marketing operations.Implement a clear reporting system to monitor budget utilization and campaign performance.RESULTS

Merge the creative and strategic aspects of advertising to achieve results-driven outcomes.Develop a high-performing team focused on both technical expertise and strategic marketing initiatives.Consistently produce industry-leading ads that convert viewers into customers.Reduce customer acquisition costs through optimized ad creatives and marketing strategies.Drive substantial growth in revenue and profitability through well-executed advertising campaigns.Create a scalable process for producing world-class ad creatives that align with media buying strategies.Ensure sales funnels achieve maximum conversion rates in collaboration with the sales team.Foster a transparent and organized marketing process through clear project tracking and reporting systems.Create a positive customer experience across workshops and roundtable discussions, ensuring high NPS and satisfaction scores.Ensure all projects and campaigns are completed on time and within budget.REQUIREMENTS

3-5 years of experience in a marketing leadership role, with proven results in driving revenue through paid media strategies.10+ years of marketing experience, with a successful track record of executing and optimizing advertising campaigns.Expertise in managing paid media across platforms like Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and Google, ideally with marketing budgets between $1M and $30M per year.Demonstrated success in developing and optimizing sales funnels for maximum conversions.Experience building and leading high-performance teams.Familiarity with traditional advertising methods, such as direct mail, is a plus.Strong data analysis skills and proficiency in tools for tracking performance metrics.Excellent communication, leadership, and team management abilities.Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and the ability to collaborate with creative and technical teams.Adaptability and a commitment to staying updated with industry changes.SALARY

$190,000 - $220,000 + bonus

LOCATION

This is a full-time position based in Las Vegas, NV. Relocation assistance is available.
