Partner with the Executive Director, Investor Relations to develop and implement a comprehensive strategic plan for investor relations that helps ensure the maximum sustainable fair valuation of the company.Communicate Insmed's story with transparency and consistency, and in compliance with corporate policies and securities regulations, while always keeping the patient audience in mind.Take an active role in the planning and execution of investor events and communications, including road shows, investor days, investor conferences, and quarterly earnings disclosures.Provide accurate, consistent, and timely responses to external inquiries from investors and analysts.Draft external communications, which could include press releases, prepared scripts, reactive talking points, etc.Build relationships across the organization to facilitate cross-functional collaboration on key investor relations initiatives and other corporate priorities.Serve as the main investor relations contact to partner with a cross-functional team driving the company's sustainability initiatives and reporting.Actively monitor competitor updates, regulatory developments, and the broader external environment to assess potential impacts and communicate those insights to relevant internal parties, including senior management as appropriate.Bring a scientific perspective to all discussions of IR strategy and communication.This is a hybrid role. However, it will require in-person attendance at corporate headquarters in Bridgewater, NJ several times a month, on average. Some travel for investor events and conferences will also be required.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree plus 10+ years of experience or a Graduate degree with 7+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology or closely related industry.Prior investor relations experience strongly preferred.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to understand and discuss various therapies and disease states, as well as emergent sciences developed internally or by competitors.Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications is required.Familiarity with the Bloomberg terminal is preferred, but not required.Certification as an Investor Relations Charter (IRC) is preferred, but not required.Must exhibit Insmeds five core corporate values: Collaboration, Accountability, Passion, Respect, and Integrity.Must demonstrate the ability to interact successfully in a dynamic and culturally diverse workplace.
Travel Requirements:Ability to travel both domestic and internationally, approximately 10%#LI-JT1Salary Range:$171,000 - $239,667 a year
