The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, analytical, technical, and managerial skills and have a minimum of five years of relevant experience. A CPA designation is preferred, and prior experience in a law firm is required.

Key Responsibilities:Lead accounting operations, including managing banking relationships, cash funding, general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, trust accounts, pension plans, partner accounting, and annual audits.Oversee the preparation and review of internal and external financial statements.Manage partner draws, distributions, and contributions to retirement plans.Ensure compliance with corporate income tax regulations.Administer pension plans and oversee the annual pension audit and Form 5500 filing.Evaluate current accounting operations, provide recommendations for improvements, and implement new processes.Control expenses and address vendor issues as they arise.Collaborate with partners and clients on aged unpaid bills and manage cash receipts applications.Assist the CFO during the year-end closing and audit processes.Supervise a team of ten accounting staff members.Benefits:
