Our state-of-the-art facility is looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to support daily manufacturing operations and lead continuous improvement initiatives for key production cells. The role involves optimizing equipment and personnel cycle times, improving material flow, and driving production efficiency. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive on diverse, challenging projects and want to make an impact through process innovation and leadership.Key Responsibilities:Conduct operational and methods analyses related to labor standards, product flow, equipment, and labor requirements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.Act as the process/manufacturing representative in new product introduction activities, including scheduling and managing new product launches.Design, develop, evaluate, and support both existing and new manufacturing processes to improve production throughput and quality.Establish effective manufacturing processes, including work instructions, Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), and process control plans.Determine root causes of production failures using statistical methods and recommend design or process changes.Apply Lean principles to analyze and improve material flow and plant layouts, optimizing production efficiency, safety, and cost while eliminating waste.Provide technical support to minimize equipment downtime, maximize resource productivity, and enhance product quality.Serve as a technical advisor to internal and external stakeholders, including customers and suppliers.Prepare processes, drawings, and develop tools for efficient production.Actively support production teams in setting up and debugging new applications.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Manufacturing, Industrial, Materials Science, or Mechanical Engineering.Minimum of 5 years of experience with increasing responsibility in designing, executing, and sustaining manufacturing processes and technologies.Prior experience in manufacturing engineering with a focus on high-reliability SMT, PTH, or Systems Integration.Strong knowledge of validation principles, manufacturing processes, quality systems, and engineering design fundamentals.Technical ability to read blueprints, schematics, and electrical/engineering drawings.
