This team manages the most vital partnerships that drive growth, innovation, and value creation for Axon. We shape the future of Axon's partnership ecosystem by identifying key partners, negotiating agreements, and ensuring successful collaborations. The Sales Operations Manager, Axon Air will work closely with sales, marketing, product development, and finance to map, design, and execute operational processes for Axon's most critical alliances. The role will be pivotal in improving efficiency while ensuring a high-quality customer experience for internal and external stakeholders. By developing metrics, the Sr Sales Strategy Analyst will derive and share insights about implementing new process changes and the success of each alliance relationship, guiding business decisions of future investments. You will help unlock our mission to Protect Life. What You'll DoLocation: Although the role is Hybrid, ALL candidates must live close to one of the following cities. [Scottsdale, Seattle, Denver, Atlanta, Boston, San Francisco]Reports to: Manager, Strategic AlliancesBusiness Analysis & ExecutionAnalyze business processes to identify alignment problems with sales operations-related systems.Develop detailed plans for process enhancement and system improvements.Retrieve and analyze large data sets using Excel, Quip, Salesforce, and other data management systems.Design, document, and implement operational processes to train various stakeholders to drive product strategy.Actively manage supplier product and price lists, supporting supplier sales transactions.Review quotes, purchase orders, contracts, invoices or any other related sales documentation to ensure delivery of supplier and customer obligations.Leadership & CollaborationAct as a trusted advisor to the sales team and enable the selling motion by advocating for what is in the business's best interests and proactively working to remove commercial blockers.Build strong relationships with sales, partners, finance, supply chain, and other key business stakeholders to define needs and deliver holistic solutions.Develop strong knowledge of go-to-market strategy, internal system, and product limitations in order to remove points of friction on complex and highly customizable sales.Establish strategic plans that focuses on driving process improvements and customer experience enhancements.Lead and influence cross-functional teams to simplify complex opportunities to streamline workflows.What You BringBachelor's degree or relevant work experience.7+ years of relevant sales operations experienceAbility to learn on the go, be a self-starterStrong curiosity and problem solving skillsHigh attention to detail and exceptional organizational skillsDemonstrable track record of process mapping and breaking down complex workflowsAbility to manage and communicate with large set of stakeholders across various functionsIntermediate MS Office skillsPrior leadership experience is a plusExperience with CRM is required and specific experience with Salesforce and D365 is a plusBenefits that Benefit YouCompetitive salary and 401k with employer matchDiscretionary paid time offPaid parental leave for allMedical, Dental, Vision plansFitness ProgramsEmotional & Mental Wellness supportLearning & Development programsAnd yes, we have snacks in our officesBenefits listed herein may vary depending on the nature of your employment and the location where you work.The Pay: Axon is a total compensation company, meaning compensation is made up of base pay, bonus, and stock awards. The starting base pay for this role is between USD 78,000.00 in the lowest geographic market and USD 107,000.00 in the highest geographic market. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: level, function, training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, geographic market, and often a combination of all these factors.
