Overview
The Highway Division of the Agency of Transportation is seeking an Administrative Services Coordinator to support the dynamic team of the Project Delivery Bureau. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of critical Vermont transportation projects while ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day activities and ensure staff have the necessary tools to carry out duties efficiently and effectively under stringent deadlines while meeting the requirements set forth by Federal Highway.Responsibilities include answering calls for the Right of Way Department, distribution of department mail, scanning and organizing documents in the electronic file management system, managing and ordering supplies for the Bureau and assisting with invoice processing and payments to property owners impacted by construction projects.A flexible hybrid telework schedule may be available depending on the needs of the team.Who May Apply

Two years of full-time college coursework OR and associate's degree in accounting, business or public administration, office administration or closely related field.OROne year of full-time college coursework in accounting, business or public administration, office administration or closely related field AND one (1) year or more of experience providing administrative-level support to a business or organization.ORHigh School diploma or equivalent AND two (2) years or more of experience providing administrative-level support to a business or organization.OROne (1) year or more of experience as an Administrative Services Technician IV with the State of Vermont.Special Requirements
