Physical Therapist
to join one of our largest Skilled Nursing Facility partners in the
Scranton, PA
area!Full Time Physical Therapist in Scranton and Kingston PA beginning in Mid August.This will be a 12-16 week contract assignment with a pay rate of $55/HR W2,Will be a split position between two Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF) with paid travel between locations.Compensation and Schedule:Target Pay Range $55/HR W2 + $500 Assignment Completion BonusComprehensive benefits optionsFlexible Schedule is M-F Day ShiftResponsibilitiesScreen/Evaluates all residents to determine need for Physical Therapy.Establishes an individualized treatment program with consultation to facility staff in areas of Physical Therapy.Provides results of the evaluation and treatment objectives to caregivers, family members, and residents.Completes all documentation as required by the fiscal intermediary, within the designated time frame.Implements the treatment program based on evaluative results.Monitors the resident s response to treatment and alters the treatment plan as appropriate.Supervises Physical Therapy Assistants and Rehab Aides.Required Qualifications:Bachelor s Degree or Master s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited college or university.Current and valid license granted from state of employment.Previous experience in long-term care preferred, but not required.Job Types: Full-time, ContractPay: $50.00 - $55.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingContinuing education creditsDental insuranceFlexible scheduleHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceMedical Specialty:GeriatricsSchedule:8 hour shiftChoose your own hoursMonday to FridayNo weekendsLicense/Certification:Physical Therapy License (Required)
