High Risk Breast Coordinator
, you will be joining a dedicated team of professionals who deliver quality, value, and access in the 21st century and align all stakeholders- patients, providers, payors, and regulators to achieve the best clinical outcomes.You Will:Review and implement our risk assessment tool for breast imaging patientsEntering, maintaining and developing statistical information and reportsHandles all specimen collection samplesAssists with the tracking and monitoring of BI-RADS 4,5,6 as neededScheduling of patient procedures and examsImplements and reviews policies and procedures related to the breast navigation programNotify the patient's physician or provider with positive biopsy results as neededHandle delicate situations in a supportive and empathetic mannerAttend and participate in various meetings and trainings as requiredIf You Are:Passionate about patient care and exercise sound judgement and an ability to remain professional in all situations.You demonstrate effective and professional communication, interpersonal skills and respect with patients, guests & colleagues.You have a structured work-approach, understand complex problems and you are able to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.To Ensure Success in This Role, You Must Have:Excellent verbal and written communication skillsMust be familiar with Microsoft Excel and WordSelf-motivated and proven ability to work both independently or effectively as a team with a variety of healthcare specialistsStrong organizational skills and ability to work with a minimal amount of supervision and effectively establish work prioritiesEffective problem-solving skills and ability to concentrate in multiple and varied tasks
Pay Range:USD $19.00 - USD $21.00 /per hour
Shift:Mornings
