We are leaders in each of our respective service lines, including Vapor Control, Chemical Cleaning, Tank Cleaning, Water Treatment, Vacuum Services, Hydroblasting, Hydroexcavation, and Industrial Logistics & Transportation. We currently have an opening for Fleet Director in La Porte, TX.
The Fleet Director is responsible for the overall lifecycle management of equipment utilized throughout Evergreen North America.
Ensures Health and Safety is an absolute value by following policies, processes, and setting an example at all times.Subject Matter Expert and leader in the development and use of Reliability initiatives such as Preventative MaintenanceTracks scheduling and timeliness of Fleet Preventative Maintenance, Refurbishment and ProcurementCollaborates with executive and management team to ensure timely execution of Predictive and Preventative tasks.Reviews goals and KPIs related to Preventative Maintenance and Maintenance Resource Utilization, providing guidance for improvement.Analyses and Identifies asset reliability risks and promotes appropriate responses to mitigate risksProvide training in the Asset Management system related to Preventative MaintenanceCollaborate with DOT Compliance department to ensure full regulatory compliancePartner with 3rd party suppliers to ensure newly procured equipment features latest technologyAssist with budgeting and managing Fleet Capital ExpendituresGenerate forecast report to inform leadership of equipment needsCommunication with respective management teams on fleet issues/concernsParticipate in conference calls, as requiredManages a team of maintenance professionalsRequirements
High school diploma or equivalent required; Technical Bachelor's Degree preferredPrevious experience in asset managementPrevious experience in an industrial facility or environment requiredExtensive experience with industrial assets such as pumps, fans, motors etc.Experienced with computerized maintenance systems for asset managementExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to travel throughout North America as required
