Heavy Civil Construction Project Manager / Estimator Role:- Oversee public and private heavy civil construction projects from start to finish while ensuring quality, safety, and budget compliance- Lead project teams (internal and external) and coordinate with subcontractors, owners, engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver various civil construction projects- Develop project schedules, budgets, cost controls, and reporting- Ensure progress and compliance with specifications, regulations, and contract requirements- Manage project risks, changes, issues and ensure on-time delivery

Heavy Civil Construction Project Manager / Estimator Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering or related field- 7+ years of experience as a project manager in heavy civil construction- Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving and decision-making skills- Proficient with project management software, like P6, HCSS heavy job, Bid2Win or similar- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications- Knowledge of heavy construction methods and equipment
