What You'll Get to Do:
Provide Branch-wide overarching support for ongoing processes.Assist Technical Program Manager with daily Branch support to operations.Coordinate and facilitate new employee orientation and onboarding processes.Provide guidance and support to employees on various matters.Maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.Prepare and execute program/project meetings and reviewsCompile and deliver meeting minutes and status reports.Plan, resource, and support organizational events (command and staff meetings, town halls, ceremonies, etc.)Archive Operations functional documents and informationMonitor deliverable statuses to maintain accountability, work with authors to implement changes, and communicate deliverable statuses to GTLsWorks independently with general to little supervision.You'll Bring These Qualifications:
Top Secret security clearance and ability to obtain a TS/SCI.3 years of relevant experienceAbility to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.Superior organization and time management skills.Superb attention to detail.Ability to fully leverage Microsoft Office Suite of tools (MS Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.) with a practical understanding of SharePoint.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and easily adapt to change.These Qualifications Are Nice TO Have:

Pay Range : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
