Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Reviews the job related information. (Part drawing, CMM programs, etc.)Prepares workplace and CMM machine for next taskPerforms manual measurements and dimensional checks using gauges, etc.Utilizes CMM machines for measurementsArchives measurement data in electronic formatRetrieves and provides reports to Team as neededSupports change-over activities of manufacturing for an earliest first ok part and confirmation for series productionPerform inbound inspection per work instructionsPerform outbound inspection per work instructionsSegregates unacceptable material from acceptable material.Supplies unacceptable material to review tableProvides inspected and confirmed parts to next process stepEnters data from Material Review Process and tracks paperworkCommunicates quality issues to Quality Engineer as neededMaintains work area. (5S)Qualifications

Education and/or Experience

High School Diploma or GEDWork experience with quality inspection instruments, processes and proceduresProficient in Imperial & Metric systemComputer Skills

Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, Visio)Previous experience with Calypso software preferredPhysical Demands
