Overview of Position:

Responsible for ensuring all internal communication channels are vibrant, relevant and timely; Ensures consistency across channels such as intranet, employee HUB, email and internal communications to ensure employees feel empowered and connected to Transdev.

Key Responsibilities:Ensure we are telling our best/consistent story at Transdev consistently across channels.Primary keeper of editorial calendar and content for Intranet and Employee HUB with different items customized and optimized for each channel. Ensuring all pages stay current and updated including department pages - news stories need to be used to update department pagesUpdating employees on company initiatives, priorities, projects & progress via our internal communication channels (Emails, Announcements/Intranet/Viva Engage/HUB)Work proactively with corporate departments to drive internal communication priorities on various projects, efforts and/or reinforcement of policies or initiatives (intranet, web, ppt, etc)Support/Draft personnel announcements for AGM and above positions for Key ManagersPropose campaigns to drive new users to the intranet and feel that it is a "can't miss" destination.Propose campaigns and ideas to increase Engagement of Field & Corp teams in themed campaigns on Intranet, Viva Engage, Hub, etc.Develop and execute internal toolkit campaigns, newsletters, and other communication in collaboration with SMEs (Safety Campaigns, Health Campaigns, Cybersecurity newsletter, etc), while always looking for the opportunity to innovate and change to increase employee engagementSoliciting, researching, and promoting employee profiles and case study informationElevate items for possible external use and promotion.Support on external communication items as neededOther duties as required.

Education, Licensing, and Certifications:

Education: Bachelors degree in marketing, communications or a related subject required

Field and years of experience required: 1-3 years relevant work experience.

Skills and Knowledge:

Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and OutlookExcellent written and oral communications skillsExperience with the Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva preferredSkills and Knowledge Preferred:

Travel requirement outside of immediate area (as a percent)

Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed.100% of work is accomplished indoors and in air conditioned or well ventilated facilitiesWork is accomplished in an office or in a cubicle space equipped with a telephone and computer.The employee is generally subjected to long periods spent sitting, typing, or looking at a computer screen.
