We are currently seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our regional Nashville office and manage the local area territories. If you excel at developing and maintaining customer relationships, driving brand loyalty, and enjoy working with a team to hit your KPIs and meet your goals, then this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Being the main point of contact for client concerns, needs and requestsBuilding and strengthening client relationships to establish long-term partnerships and achieve KPIsEngaging with customers on-site on a daily basisProviding coaching and support to our franchise owners for business developmentCoordinating the start-up of new accountsDeveloping a deep understanding of our services to effectively upsell and cross-sell to existing customersTo qualify for this position, you should have:
A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experiencePrevious experience in account management, customer service, or salesA stable work historyExceptional relationship management and problem-solving skillsStrong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneouslyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong attention to detail
