General Summary:

Account Managers will partner closely with assigned Brand Ambassadors to help them grow their business while providing exceptional service. They will act as strategic partners, offering personalized support and business insights to drive performance and achieve goals. Account Managers will engage actively with Brand Ambassadors, providing critical performance metrics, updates, and support in alignment with the company's mission.

Essential Job Functions:Strategic Partnership: Act as a strategic partner for assigned Brand Ambassadors, providing tailored business support to drive performance and achieve business goals.Personalized Support: Deliver personalized customer service by assisting with business-related needs and responding promptly to escalated concerns.Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to help Brand Ambassadors understand and improve their business performance.Communication: Maintain proactive and clear communication with assigned Brand Ambassadors, keeping them informed of company policies, procedures, incentives, and changes in the pay plan.Problem Resolution: Serve as the primary contact for resolving issues related to customer care, shipping problems, website errors, and order issues.Training and Development: Stay informed on training materials, knowledge bases, and emerging issues to provide accurate and relevant support.Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong professional relationships with Brand Ambassadors, collaborating with other departments and participating in leadership events to strengthen support systems.Engagement: Engage with Brand Ambassadors through various channels, including social media, webinars, and conference calls, to provide business updates and ongoing support.Event Participation: Participate in company and Brand Ambassador meetings, offering tools and information about products, promotions, and incentives.Monthly Accountability Reporting: Produce and deliver a monthly accountability report that offers detailed insights into the performance and needs of assigned accounts, helping management identify opportunities for enhanced support and engagement."Trigger " Calls: Conduct monthly "trigger" calls to establish relationships with newly assigned accounts, addressing initial questions and ensuring they are connected to the Younique mission from the start.30% of their time - Social Media Monitoring & Engagement: Actively monitor corporate social media channels to ensure effective Brand Ambassador engagement, promptly resolve any issues, and foster a strong, supportive community. Serve as an advocate for the business by promoting a positive and encouraging environment, celebrating successes, and reinforcing thevalues and mission of Younique.Support Sales Managers/Directors: Assist Sales Managers/Directors in building and maintaining strong relationships with assigned Brand Ambassadors.Task Management: Assist with additional projects and tasks as assigned by management, ensuring timely and accurate completion.Issue Reporting: Ensure timely and accurate communication of issues through the appropriate channels for resolution.Requirements

3+ Years of Account Management or Customer Support experience.Ability to communicate clearly in person and in written form.Must be able to speak, read and write in the assigned language.Maintain high attention to detail.Proactively identify and resolve issues.Work effectively in team settings and individually.Possess a thorough understanding of the pay plan.Demonstrate outstanding customer experience skills.Live and promote Younique's mission to Uplift, Empower, and Validate in every interaction.
