Job DescriptionThe Business Development Manager will help manage Acosta's corporate client business development process. Assist in research and analysis to identify potential client opportunities. Assist in the development of client presentation strategies. Assist in the analysis and development of Acosta's and client business presentations, including regular interaction with Acosta's field management across numerous channels, departments, and functionsResponsibilitiesEssential Functions:Ability to easily and openly communicate needs and objectives throughout various levels within the Acosta organization and with the client.Oversee and participate in development, analysis and research activities to help Acosta and the client increase market share.Field various calls and requests from the client in regards to regular business needs.Maintain essential slides, trackers, historical information for use in presentations to the client and Acosta.Assist in the analysis of client's business opportunities: value quantification, overall trends, competitive landscape.Act as point person for all clients within BDM's portfolio - work with client senior level management and Acosta organization.Assist in the development of client strategies - identify opportunity gaps, strategies to help potential client close the gaps.Responsible for developing and maintaining Acosta and client budget monthly. Communicate to client and Acosta monthly budget reviews.Other duties as assigned.QualificationsEducation:Bachelor of Arts DegreeExperience Requirement:3 - 5 years of Category Management experienceSome Business Management (Acct Mgr or Bus Mgr) experience preferred3- 5 years of Acosta (or similar agency) experience preferred (knowledge of systems, process, structure)Knowledge, Skill and Ability Requirements:Presentation strategy skillsStrong PowerPoint & presentation development skillsStrong Excel skills (intermediate to advanced)Power BI experience is a plusAbout UsAcosta and Mosaic are the sales and marketing powerhouses behind the most recognized and proven brands with top retailers in the United States and Canada.
