This is a unique opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients across the globe, providing strategic tax planning, compliance, and advisory services. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, managing a portfolio of clients and contributing to the growth of our business. Responsibilities: 1. Manage and oversee international tax compliance, ensuring timely and accurate filing of tax returns. 2. Provide expert advice on international tax matters, including tax planning and risk management. 3. Develop and implement effective tax strategies that align with business objectives and comply with international tax laws and regulations. 4. Lead and supervise a team of tax professionals, providing training and development opportunities as needed. 5. Collaborate with other departments to understand business operations and provide tax implications and advice. 6. Represent clients in tax audits and disputes, negotiating with tax authorities as required. 7. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of international tax laws and regulations, and communicate relevant changes to the team and clients. 8. Contribute to business development efforts, identifying opportunities for new client acquisition and service expansion. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree in Taxation or a related field is highly desirable. 2. Active CPA license is required. 3. Minimum of 5 years of experience in international tax, with at least 2 years of experience representing clients. 4. Proven experience in tax planning, compliance, and advisory services. Familiarity with international tax concepts, including but not limited to subpart F, GILTI, PFIC, foreign tax credit calculation, income tax treaty. 5. Demonstrated knowledge of international tax laws and regulations and tax forms including but not limited to working on forms 5471, 5472, 8865, 8858, 8621 and 1116 demonstrating a proven progression in tax complexity, scope, and research. 6. Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience supervising a team. 7. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively represent clients in tax audits and disputes. 8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop effective tax strategies. 9. Proven business development skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities for growth. 10. Proficient in tax preparation software and other relevant computer applications.
