What Will You Do?
You will be responsible for directing the daily human resources activities and needs of the supported business units. You will be a:
Problem-solver and relationship builder, providing recommendations to and assisting in the development of company policies and procedures.A changemaker, helping us continue to improve the working environment and our employee relationsA trainer, taking the lead on being a mentor, leader, coach and trainer to your employees.Event Planner, planning and participating in company sponsored events such as picnics and awards banquets.What Do You Need?
A great, positive and helpful personality! You will be interacting with people on a daily basis.Passion and drive to be part of a winning team that will take us to the next level as a department and an organization.Strong computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple systems.5+ years of HR experience, including employee relationsBachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent work experiencePHR/SPHR and/or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SP preferredBenefits We Offer
