The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in residential plumbing, a strong leadership background, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.Job Responsibilities:Oversee day-to-day operations of residential new construction and service plumbing projects.Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure timely and efficient project completion.Manage and mentor a team of plumbers, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and company standards.Develop and implement operational procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.Monitor project budgets, schedules, and resources to meet organizational goals.Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal plumbing regulations.Address and resolve any issues or complaints from clients in a professional manner.Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks on all plumbing projects.Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.Job Qualifications:Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential plumbingProven experience in a managerial or supervisory role within the plumbing industry.In-depth knowledge of plumbing codes, regulations, and best practices.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.Valid Texas license.Self-motivationPhysical Work Requirements :While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to hear, stand, move, operate with hands and arms, and lift up to 75 pounds.The employee is regularly required to use hands to operate or feel objects, tools or controls, communicate, distinguish or identify, adjust or focus.Activities involving being around moving parts and equipment, exposure to changes in temperature and humidity as well as dust, fumes, electricity, gases and moderate noise.Why Willard West:
