Sales Team LeadYour role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for the sales of products/systems/services within a designated market/division, in line with the division strategy. Each day, you will achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction. You will also showcase your expertise by identifying and developing new sales opportunities.The work model for the role is remote. #LI-Remote.Relocation assistance not eligible for this position.We are unable to sponsor an employment visa at this time for this role. Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.This role is contributing to the Process Automation Measurement & Analytics division in Houston, TXYou will be mainly accountable for:* Communicating to the customers about details related to delivery time, payments, and general terms and conditions, in line with ABB's offering and strategy.* Ensuring efficient marketing activities and communicates value proposition to customers.* Identifying and driving the development of new market opportunities in the designated market.* Managing administrative procedures in sales processes and supports cash collection and project management activities, when needed.Our team dynamicsYou will join a talented, high performing team, where you will be able to thrive.Qualifications for the role
Associate's degree in technology with combined 5+ years of experience with process analytical applications either a customer, selling, technician or project manager.Solid understanding of Analytics including but not limited to CGA, GC's, FTIR, CWA and Tuneable Diode Lasers. Working knowledge of instrumentation is also an asset.Experience with CRM toolsUp to 50% domestic travel required, international maybe once per year for trainingCandidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.More about us
