Opportunity: Area Director of Revenue ManagementAre you passionate about maximizing revenue and driving success in the hospitality industry? As an Area Director of Revenue Management at HHM Hotels, you'll have the exciting opportunity to shape the financial performance of a group of our hotels. You'll use your strategic mindset and analytical skills to develop and implement sales strategies, optimize room rates and availability, and analyze booking trends to ensure we achieve maximum profitability.Ideal candidate has multi-property experience with a variety of hotel brands including IHG, Hilton, and Marriott.Your Growth PathRegional Director of Revenue Management Vice President of Revenue ManagementYour FocusesControl room rates and availability in accordance with established guidelines to maximize occupancy and revenues.Develop, communicate and implement sales strategies, mix of business, channel management, pricing strategies, as well as reservations systems and related policiesPrepare for and conduct weekly Revenue Management meetings involving rate and inventory strategies, transient/group pace, competitive business analysis and financial forecasts.Initiate short and long term revenue forecasts and generate weekly and monthly critiques, identifying areas of opportunity and strategies to improve revenue and overall profitabilityMeasure and analyze booking trends, pickup, no shows, and sources of businessManage, produce and monitor rate strategy tiers, booking pace by Market Segment, GDS, inventory and monthly resultsWork with the different departments to ensure similar goals, and implement action plans to achieve optimum revenue managementEstablish and maintain meaningful external and internal relationshipsInterview, select, train, schedule, coach and support associates, ensuring they perform in accordance with established brand or hotel standards and consistent with HHM core values.Follow sustainability guidelines and practices related to HHMs EarthView program.Practice safe work habits, wear protective safety equipment and followMSDS and OSHA standards.Perform other duties as requested by management.Your Background and SkillsCollege Degree Preferred.At least 2 years of experience in the Revenue Management discipline.Marriott experience in full service and select service properties is required.HHM Hotels Benefits and PerksMedical, Dental and Vision Health InsurancePaid Time Off401k Company MatchFree Basic Life InsuranceTravel DiscountsCommuter Transit and Commuter Parking BenefitsQuarterly Bonuses and IncentivesTechnology ReimbursementsEmployee Assistance and Wellness ProgramEducational/Professional DevelopmentRemote or Hybrid Work OptionsWork Environment and ContextRequired to sit for extended periods, lift up to 10 pounds, bend, reach, use hands and fingers to operate keyboard.Requires occasional to moderate travel.What We BelievePeople Are Our Capability Hearts That Serve Only Excellence Stay Nimble - Own ItAbout Us :HHM Hotels is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
