To Apply for this Job Click HereJob OverviewWe are looking for a seasoned Reporting and Consolidations Manager to lead our financial reporting and consolidations function. This role will be responsible for managing the consolidation of financial results across multiple entities, ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP, and supporting external financial reporting requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical accounting background, experience in multi-entity consolidations, and the ability to manage and streamline complex financial reporting processes.Key Responsibilities
Financial Consolidation : Oversee the monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidation of financial statements for all business entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with U.S. GAAP.
External Reporting : Manage the preparation and review of financial statements and disclosures for external reporting purposes, including SEC filings (10-Q, 10-K) if applicable.
Technical Accounting : Research and interpret new accounting standards, ensuring their accurate application in financial reporting.
Internal Controls : Maintain a strong control environment by developing, implementing, and documenting internal controls over financial reporting (SOX compliance).
Process Improvement : Identify and drive initiatives to streamline consolidation processes and enhance reporting efficiency.
Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams, such as FP&A, Tax, and Treasury, to ensure alignment and accuracy in reporting.
Leadership & Development : Manage and mentor a team of accounting professionals, providing guidance and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or equivalent designation required.Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in financial reporting and consolidations, with a preference for experience in public companies or public accounting (Big 4 experience a plus).Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP, consolidation principles, and financial reporting systems (e.g., SAP, Hyperion, OneStream).Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and present findings clearly.Demonstrated experience in managing a team and fostering an environment focused on accountability and professional growth.Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
