Job Description
The Referral Management Specialist obtains, and processes signed physician orders/referrals to ensure accurate clinical documentation for care delivery, specialty and outpatient ancillary referrals.
Bilingual (Spanish) is highly preferred.
Minimum Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent (GED) and one year of work experience in either patient services, medical reception, or call/customer service center (preferably in a medical environment).
