What You'll Bring:5 years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, forecasting, and modelingKnowledge of standard yearly budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and monthly reporting processes and best practicesAbility to liaise closely with internal finance/accounting partners to ensure reporting accuracyUnderstanding of and the ability to utilize various financial (PeopleSoft, OneStream, etc.), BI (Tableau, PowerBI, etc.), and ETL (SQL, Alteryx, etc.) toolsAbility to work well in a matrixed environment with standard, project based, and ad-hoc job responsibilitiesStrong written and verbal communication skills to clearly articulate business financial results and outcomesBachelor's degree in Finance/Management/ AccountingImpact You'll Make:This role will act as a key finance partner of the Solutions FP&A team and is responsible for preparing month-end close review, assisting with forecasting and budgeting management, and supporting ad-hoc business requests and special projects. This role will partner and collaborate with stakeholders across Finance/Accounting, Strategy, Sales, Data Acquisition, and Product/Solutions teams to enhance our product based revenue and Solution P&L reporting capabilities. Success requires the ability to balance the activities that affect the big picture, while being fluent in the details.Prepare and distribute monthly and quarterly financial reports, provide analysis of key variances and trendsAssist in the quarterly forecast and annual budget cycle with the focus to improve accuracy/modeling of both revenue and expensePartner with the vertical, strategy, and other cross-functional teams to gain in-depth knowledge of our business model and products, and key drivers of growth or risk to enhance modelsSupport the development of executive communications for high-level, high-visibility presentationsSynthesize large data sets into actionable insights for business unit decision makersThis is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
