Job DescriptionHigherStrats is currently sourcing for a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner for a full-time/direct-hire role with a local practice in Saratoga
Join an outpatient psychiatric practice dedicated to providing compassionate, innovative care for
child and adolescent patients. This position offers 40 hours of patient contact per week, where
you will work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver integrative mental health services.
What We Provide:• Full administrative support, including scheduling, billing, office space, equipment,
electronic records, and secretarial services, along with credentialing assistance.•Integrative health offerings, with services for individual, group, and ancillary therapy as
well as psychiatric services, incorporating holistic practices.• Access to Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) program, fostering an environment
that values innovative and effective treatment options.
Position Highlights:• Supportive, Collaborative Team: Work alongside LMHCs, PAs, NPPs, Psychiatrists,
and Social Workers committed to providing top-tier care.• Flexible Work Environment: Monday through Friday with flexible hours between 7AM
- 7:00 PM, supporting a healthy work-life balance.
Position Requirements:• Board certified or board eligible Nurse Practitioner in Psychiatry.• Minimum of 2 years' experience preferred, ideally with child and adolescent patients.• Ability to manage medication, conduct psychotherapy and education, and participate in
clinical reviews and provider meetings.• Panel membership with insurance companies is a plus.• Participation in medical cannabis, suboxone, and telehealth programs optional.
Benefits and Compensation:• Optional medical benefits available for purchase• Salary: $150k-$180K, dependent on hours and experience• 1 week sick time; 2 weeks vacation• 4% 401k after 3 months• $1500 annually towards Continuing Education
