Strong understanding and application of anesthesia techniques and practices in various surgical settings.Ability to make quick decisions in high-pressure situations.Effective communication skills.Proficiency in using anesthesia equipment and monitoring devices.Skilled in meticulously monitoring patient vitals and managing anesthesia levels.Flexibility to adapt to new work environments and different medical teams.Minimum Education Requirements
Master's-level degree in an anesthesiologist assistant program accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (CAAHEP).License & Certifications
Certification by the National Commission for Certification of Anesthesiologist Assistants (NCCAA).Active and unrestricted medical license in Indiana .Certain life support certifications may be required for various assignments.Experience
