Job Summary
Under the supervision of the Housekeeping Manager, the Housekeeper is primarily responsible for the
daily cleanliness and sanitation of all assigned common areas, hallways, resident apartments,
resident/patient rooms, rest rooms, clean and soiled utility rooms, spa, med. room, offices and furniture in accordance with federal, state and local standards and guidelines, and to provide the highest degree of
quality service the residents at all times.

Ensures to follow all state and federal regulations when performing duties.Cleans resident apartments and resident/patient rooms which include ceilings; vents; exhaust fans; light fixtures; windows; shades; mirrors; drapes; walls; doors; cove bases; tile floors; showers; bathtubs; sinks; toilets; furniture; refrigerators; waste containers; telephones; televisions.Cleans common areas, clean and soiled utility rooms, spas, offices, furniture, handrails, and elevators.Keeps all housekeeping storage facilities in a clean, organized manner.Attends all scheduled in-services and meetings.Interacts with residents and visitors in a professional manner at all times.Cleans in accordance with federal, state and local standards and guidelines.Informs Housekeeping Manager, or designee, of any problems or concerns related to the department.Perform other duties as assigned.QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Highschool diploma preferredMinimum of 1 year experience in housekeeping preferably in a hospitality of health care environment preferredMust be able to lift up to 50 lbsBenefits for full-time employees include:
