MDW is seeking candidates at all levels to provide executive/administrative support to our MDA client in Schriever Air Force Base, Colorado. The analyst must be capable of managing a wide range of administrative duties to support organizational leadership. The Executive/Administrative Professional will manage tasks related to office administration, specialist correspondence management and staff action support, executive administration, protocol support services, and support services for MDA.
The Administrative Analyst will have the following responsibilities:
Provide office and telephone coverage including accurate and timely messages and answering and directing all telephone calls.
Generate and distribute external and internal written material and provide quality control of documentation.
Review and input Government employees' bi-weekly timecards in the Defense Agencies Initiative (DAI) database.
Perform data entry functions into government systems and databases.
Assist visitors with locating offices and/or escort to the appropriate individual or office.
Coordinate domestic and international travel and act as the Foreign Travel Coordinator (FTC).
Coordinate external and internal correspondence.
Prepare and maintain schedules for organizational leadership as well as schedule and support organizational meetings.
Provide policy and training support including the distribution of organizational policy directives and memos, coordination of All-Hands meetings and communication roundtables, and documentation of best practices, processes, and procedures.
Receive and distribute incoming and outgoing unclassified and classified mail; perform courier duties to carry unclassified and classified packages and correspondence.
