Basic Functions (or Position Summary):
ERV - AHU - Energy Recovery Ventilator - Air Handling Unit ; an automated machine meeting the needs of commercial and industrial requirements for Green Energy Recovery (Air temperature and Moisture conservation), Fresh Air Ventilation, Virus Reducing Low Micron Filtration, Heating & A/C.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Use of hand tools like powered screw drivers and air powered rivet gunsAssembling Sheetmetal panels and assemblies, installing insulation, running and landing wiring and cables, installing other components.Replace defective components as requiredRead and interpret engineering drawings, work instructions, or other specificationsVisual Quality Check to confirm final finish meets expectationsIdentify and address design/build concerns with the Team Supervisor/Lead HandIdentify and add input to assist in improving efficiencies and qualities within our build processesMaintain a safe and respectful work environmentTroubleshooting equipment for defective componentsFollow current and updated work schedulesOther tasks as assigned by Supervisor/Lead HandRequirements

Self-Motivated Requiring Minimal SupervisionThe ideal candidate would have some mechanical assembly experienceWiring of electrical componentsBasic computer knowledge - Microsoft Word, Excel and EmailStrong work ethicGood team playerPunctual with good attendance recordGood organizational skillsHigh level of accuracy is a mustEducation and Experience:
Education:
HS Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
Experience:
Prefer one-year related experience in a manufacturing environment.
Physical Demands:
Must be able to lift 50 pounds.On your feet most of the day.Climb platform ladders (1-4 steps) occasionally throughout the dayUse of hand toolsFast paced work environment
