The ENT Outpatient Clinic here at Adventist Health Columbia Gorge is seeking to add a part time Advanced Practice Provider. The ENT clinic has an outstanding referral base of providers in the system.
Located 85 miles east of Portland in the majestic Columbia River Gorge, The Dalles features old-growth forests, rushing waterfalls, and year-round access to outdoor recreation including downhill and cross-country skiing, kayaking, kitesurfing, windsurfing and miles of hiking and mountain biking trails.
Education, Training & Experience (includes licenses or certifications):Active Licensed PA or NP (Master's degree required for PA)Board Eligible or Certified in area of specialtyENT experienced preferred
Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:Knowledgeable with electronic medical records system (EPIC)Positive interpersonal and communication skillsWillingness and ability to expand and maintain clinical competence in the specialty field, working closely with highly competent primary care, specialty medical and surgical care.
