OverviewOur client is an award winning global integrator. They have a contract opportunity for a
Chief of Staff
to work on a Federal Project in
Arlington, VA.
(The work is mostly REMOTE, with onsite presence required twice per week.) This position plays a key role in ensuring efficient front office operations and utilizes systems thinking to tackle complex challenges within the program. The ideal candidate is a highly organized forward thinker.
Per our Federal Government Contract, candidates must be
US Citizens ,
clearable to Secret Clearance.
Preference is given to those with an active
Interim Secret Clearance
or an active
Secret Clearance.
Responsibilities
Preparing and delivering reports
Calendar management
Meeting support
Accountability reporting
Tracking action items
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree AND 5 years of professional experience. In lieu of a degree, 4 additional years of relevant experience may be substituted
3+ years of experience with Front Office workforce management
3+ years of experience with Design Thinking
Background as a special assistant or chief of staff, ideally in government or large organizations.
Advanced client communication skills
Strong organizational, time management, attention to detail, and multitasking skills.
Experience with accountability frameworks and reporting in large organizations.
High discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
Proven experience supporting senior executives with front office operations, reporting, and communication.
Skilled in meeting facilitation, human-centered design, and graphic facilitation.
Proficient in user research, persona development, journey mapping, and prototyping.
Systems thinking to address complex challenges.

US Citizens , clearable to
Secret Clearance .
Preference is given to those with an active
Interim Secret Clearance
or an active
Secret Clearance.
Compensation
Competitive salary range of $125K-$140K based on experience, qualifications, location, licensure and certifications.
The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
Employee benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, long-term disability insurance, 401K plan and additional voluntary benefits. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
