Candidate must have Hawaii License by start of assignment.
Proof of flu vaccination or facility approved application for medical or religious exception will be required prior to contract start date. Flu vaccination can be administered during employee health clearance appointment.
Shift or schedule requirements:Night Shift (1830 to 0700 am), Three twelve hour shifts weekly (36 hours), No guarantee of hours.15-week contract.General job duties, Types of procedures required:Provide continuous airway management. Ventilator and non-invasive ventilator management and support. Physician consulting, CPR, all aspects of respiratory care.
Equipment utilized in the unit/dept:Computerized charting, Pyxis medication management, PB 980, PB 840 Ventilators. V60.Para Client Transport Vent.
Required skills and minimum years of experience:Must be able to care for patients of the adult, pediatric, neonatal populations. Minimum 2 years' experienceNo first assignments.
Specific licensures and certifications/registrations required.State of Hawaii Respiratory Therapy License, BLS, PALS and ACLS required.RRT PreferredNRP Preferred
