As anHourly Assistant Managerat Villa Restaurant Group's quick-service restaurant, you will be a key member of the leadership team, responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the restaurant. You will assist in managing Team Members, ensuring Guest satisfaction, and maintaining a high level of service and cleanliness.

What You’ll Do:

Leadership:Provide leadership and guidance to Team Members, ensuring they understand and adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards.

Shift Management:Oversee the daily operation of the restaurant during assigned shifts, including opening and closing responsibilities.

Team Development:Train, mentor, and motivate Team Members to deliver Exceptional Guest Service and maintain a positive work environment.

Guest Service:Lead by example in providing Exceptional Guest Service, handling Guest inquiries, and addressing any concerns or issues.

Inventory Management:Assist in monitoring and managing inventory levels, ordering supplies, and ensuring proper stock rotation.

Cash Handling:Assist with cash handling procedures, including cash register operation, counting cash drawers, and making bank deposits.

Quality Control:Ensure that food quality, preparation, and presentation meet the highest standards.

Safety and Sanitation:Maintain a safe and clean restaurant environment by adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines.

Team Scheduling:Assist in creating and managing Team Member schedules, ensuring appropriate coverage during peak hours.

Problem Resolution:Address and resolve Guest and Team Member issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner.

What You’ll Need:

Previous supervisory or assistant management experience in a quick-service or fast-casual restaurant is preferred.

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Guest-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Basic knowledge of restaurant operations, including cash handling and inventory management.

Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Ability to work 4pm-midnight shift

Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

Standing and walking for extended periods.

Lifting and carrying supplies, trays, and other items.

Bending, stooping, and reaching.
