Culvers is looking for high volume Assistant Managers who have proven experience in QSR or casual dining! Each of our restaurants gross $3.8-$5.5 million dollars a year. If you have a passion for the restaurant industry and desire to serve others, then this job is for you!
As we prepare to expand and open more locations, we are looking for qualified management candidates to add to our fast-growing teams! You must have recent experience in QSR, Fast Casual or even casual dining environment and held a management position for a minimum of 2 years.
Our managers oversee it all, ensuring every True Blue Crew member moves in sync and every guest leaves happy. They build and lead great shifts, empower team members to grow their skillsets and maintain a positive attitude throughout the restaurant.
