Job Title: Assembler - Medium Voltage
Job Description
Join our team as an Assembler, specializing in medium voltage systems. You will be responsible for the manufacturing and assembly of industrial power systems. This role involves wiring power systems and assembling electrical components, requiring the ability to read schematics and engineering drawings. You will utilize various hand and power tools, including power drills, wire crimpers, wire strippers, screwdrivers, hammers, and tape measures. Please note that this is a non-climate controlled environment, and you will be required to stand for the entire shift, occasionally on ladders, as units can reach up to 8 feet in height. Responsibilities
Assemble and manufacture industrial power systems.
Wire power systems and assemble electrical components.
Read and interpret wiring diagrams, blueprints, process sheets, and schematic drawings.
Utilize hand tools and power tools, including power drills, wire crimpers, wire strippers, screwdrivers, hammers, and tape measures.
Stand for the entire shift and occasionally on ladders for high assembly tasks.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in reading and interpreting wiring diagrams, blueprints, process sheets, and schematic drawings.
Experience in wiring electrical components.
Skilled in using hand tools and power tools.
Ability to read a tape measure.
High school diploma or GED.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in manufacturing is a plus.
Backgrounds in construction, handyman work, HVAC, automotive, and other related industries are beneficial.
