Responsibilities:

Conducting patient consultations, evaluations, and examinations.Developing and implementing treatment plans for dermatological conditions. such as Acne, Psoriasis, Cellulitis, Eczema, Dermatitis, Rashes, Dry or itchy skin, Fungus, Hair loss, Herpes, Hives, Impetigo, Pressure ulcers, Shingles, and Skin cancerPerform punch, shave, and excisional biopsy procedures,Perform electrical destruction and cryosurgery for benign and malignant lesions as necessary.Prescribe all manners of topical, oral, and injection all medications indicated for the treatment of various dermatologic diseasesProviding guidance and education to patients on skincare and preventive measures.Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.Dermatology Physician Assistant

Qualifications

A minimum of 3 years of experience in general medical dermatology and skin cancer treatmentMust be accustomed to seeing a high volume of general Derm patients/per dayValid and active North Carolina LicenseA strong foundational knowledge of dermatology principles and practices.Excellent diagnostic and clinical skills.Ability to work independently and autonomouslyOutstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.
