DESCRIPTION OF WORK In the role of a lead worker, your primary responsibility involves overseeing a diverse range of administrative functions and services that support the effective operation and management of the Ridley Creek State Park Complex, which encompasses Ridley Creek State Park, White Clay Creek Preserve, and Big Elk Creek State Park. Your role entails executing a variety of intricate, multi-faceted administrative tasks related to park operations, human resources, procurement, budgeting, and employee training.
You will play a crucial role in alleviating park management of numerous administrative responsibilities. This includes interpreting various regulations and guidelines, as well as making informed decisions regarding their application to the park's administrative processes, visitors, and staff.

Work Schedule and Additional Information: Full-time employment Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with 30-minute lunch. Salary:In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable. You will receive further communication regarding this position via email. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements: Such training as may have been gained through graduation from a four year college or university; or Any equivalent combination of experience and training.
Applicants will be considered to have met the educational requirements once they are within 3 months of graduating with a qualifying degree.
