We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Real Estate Loan Originator to develop new business in Dallas. This position is responsible for generating new business for Grand Pacific and cultivating relationships with prospects. Responsibilities: • Originate floating-rate commercial real estate loans • Meet with loan applicants and assess their financial needs • Conduct site visits and evaluate properties and locations • Analyze loan applicants' financial strengths and weaknesses • Determine appropriate pricing and loan structures • Establish relationships with loan brokers • Coordinate with all parties to facilitate loan closing, as needed Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree required • Minimum 2 years of commercial lending experience required • Experience in construction loans preferred • Must be familiar with the real estate market in Dallas, Fort Worth, Houston, Austin, and San Antonio • Strong credit analysis and accounting background • Ability to analyze financial statements • Strong client relations skills Compensation: $100,000 at plan earnings
