We are looking for a Financial Analyst to join our FP&A team. This role serves as a finance business partner across various functions, providing critical insights and support to drive business performance.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and present financial management reports, including variance analysis, on a weekly and monthly basis.

Develop monthly forecasts and annual planning at both detailed and summary levels.

Create comprehensive analyses and executive summaries for leadership review.

Assist in strategic planning, including resource alignment and execution roadmaps.

Conduct ad hoc analyses for various strategic and operational initiatives.

Identify opportunities for process improvement and standardization, automating tasks to enhance efficiency.

Collaborate across departments to drive continuous improvement, develop forecasts, and complete projects aligned with organizational strategy.

Drive financial performance within a metric-oriented framework.

Execute measurable actions aimed at improving contribution margins.

Maintain a strong compliance environment across financial practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

Strong Excel and financial modeling skills.

Ability to build strong relationships with executives and peers in a collaborative environment.

Strong business acumen and intellectual curiosity.

A focus on operational improvements using financial business system tools.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, balancing short-term objectives with long-term strategic goals.

Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in reporting, forecasting, and planning.

General knowledge of GAAP and technical accounting principles.

Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and proficiency in other Microsoft Office applications.
