Senior Finance Associate

Finance team to support growth in both equity and credit funds. An experienced finance professional is sought to build a high-performing finance function, with direct reporting to the CFO of the growth-focused division.They have approximately 200+ employees across multiple international locations. Since its inception, the company has deployed significant capital through various investment strategies. Its growth-focused capital division has raised substantial funds over the years, providing flexible capital and strategic support to prominent companies in rapidly expanding sectors through a range of transaction types.Responsibilities:Assist the Finance department in the preparation and analysis of fund accounting data.Generate performance reports on fund investment cash flows, including internal rates of return (IRRs), multiples, and key portfolio company metrics.Provide Investor Relations with critical fund data and analytical insights for marketing purposes, including annual conferences and capital raising campaigns.Support the Investment Team in the monitoring and reporting of investment activities.Coordinate with portfolio companies to ensure the timely receipt of performance data.Facilitate monthly performance reporting for portfolio companiesDevelop and validate valuation models for quarterly asset valuation.Engage with Treasury and Credit systems to support middle office operations and ensure seamless integration.
