Move Forward with Volt Volt is immediately hiring for an Administrative Assistant in Hermantown, MN. As an Administrative Assistant you will:
Assist the Revenue Cycle team with various day to day tasks including but not limited to:
Data entryBilling correspondenceMailing patient statements and claimsEntering invoices into clearinghouseRemittance advices
This is a part time opportunity. The ideal candidate will have:
Demonstrated ability to plan, organize and coordinate multiple projects and to work effectively with minimal direction and supervisionSuperior communication skills (verbal and written) requiredAdvanced computer skills (MS Office Suite)Keen attention to detail and self-driven work ethicMust have creative problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize and focus on critical tasks.Ability to work as part of a teamAbility to work onsite during all shifts.
Pay Rate: $11.00-13.00/hour *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
