What You'll Do:
Peak Property Group, a Coastal Ridge company, is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to help lead our growing Cincinnati, Ohio portfolio. As the Assistant Property Manager, you'll be responsible for contributing to the operations, leasing, and administrative responsibilities of our Cincinnati multi-site investment portfolio, totaling $200+ million in assets in Clifton Heights, Over the Rhine, East Walnut Hills, and surrounding neighborhoods. You'll also serve as a leader in the organization, working alongside the Property Manager in championing portfolio and companywide goals.

Where You'll Work:
You'll work out of our centrally located office near Hyde Park, while servicing properties throughout Cincinnati neighborhoods such as Clifton Heights, Over the Rhine, and East Walnut Hills. Our properties range in size from single family homes up to mid-size apartment buildings.
Your Responsibilities:
Work alongside the Property Manager, Leasing Team, and Maintenance Team with portfolio wide operations, leasing efforts, and administrative support to ensure the highest level of performance and customer service. Work collaboratively while evaluating strategies and process improvement.Oversee accounts payables, including review and approval of vendor and utility payments.Manage accounts receivable, including delinquency and collection efforts to ensure rent is collected in a timely manner. Process final account statements and security deposits.Complete lease audits of existing properties and new properties being evaluated for acquisition.Manage utilities including setting up accounts for new portfolios, reviewing accounts/bills for accuracy, and billing back residents for usage.Provide support and with all leasing and maintenance efforts.Assist with all customer service efforts, including resolving escalated resident and property issues.Who You Are:

Experience in property management, real estate, management, sales, hospitality, or retail, preferred.Strong verbal and written communication skills. Comfort using technology including Microsoft products, including Excel.Must hold a valid driver's license and be insurable under company policy.
