with us.Job SummaryThe Sr. Analyst CPQ Commercial Operations will be responsible for implementing sales enablement tools, new processes/systems and improvement of process efficiency.
The successful candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Duties and ResponsibilitiesSupport the onboarding and offboarding of Sales, Quoting and Contracts users for key platforms that includes but is not limited to Oracle CPQ, Fulcrum, Salesforce and SAP
Train new users and actively respond to requests from existing users to troubleshoot issues
Maintain system user roles and profiles to ensure appropriate access to accounts, opportunities, and key functionality
Actively handle sophisticated product configuration rules within Oracle CPQ and Fulcrum
Work closely with internal collaborators such as Sales, Marketing, Quoting/Contracts, and Operations to understand product offerings, develop and document requirements
Create and maintain basic user training, support trainers with onboarding of new users
Support testing for key changes to systems or processes, communicate progress and achievements
Create training materials and desktop procedures as needed to improve processes
Customer proposal “bot” support, visualization of product offering, project management for large proposals and coordination with Contracts team
Partner to develop and implement roadmap for improvement initiatives in support of other Sales and Marketing Commercial Operations team members
Providing troubleshooting assistance and resolve issues related to product quoting and system functionality.
Escalate and track issues as needed
Provide guidance to help the Sales and Marketing teams optimize existing tools and create new solutions
Review pending requests, working on multiple projects at once
Documenting project requirements, scoping projects, and documenting progress and completion
Provide Sales and Marketing team support and training on key tools (Oracle CPQ, Fulcrum, Salesforce, and other Commercial Operations tools)
Highly strategic and analytical problem solver with solid business insight; able to identify key business information needs through dialog and assist in development of clear strategic recommendations on how to provide the desired insights
Suggest Sales and Marketing process improvements, provide input on tool and system development and enhancements
Required QualificationsThe ideal candidate will have 3+ years of related professional experience and a completed BS or BA in a related field
Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities; established ability to develop relationships and effectively communicate across functional areas and various levels of management
Self-motivated with demonstrated drive for problem solving and achievement
Ability to handle own work demands and deadlines amid shifting priorities in a dynamic environment
Excellent analytical and PC skills with strong proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong documentation skills
Experience with product configuration software (e.g., Oracle CPQ) and Salesforce highly preferred
Preferred QualificationsMedical device industry experience
Experience with partnering with internal IT and external consultants
Travel10% - 15% Travel required for this position
