The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for advocating on behalf of injured clients, possess excellent litigation skills, and be adept at handling cases from pre-litigation through trial.Key Responsibilities:Manage a caseload of personal injury claims, including pre-litigation and litigation phasesConduct thorough legal research and draft legal documents such as complaints, motions, discovery, and settlementsAdvocate for clients in negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, and court hearingsCollaborate with senior attorneys and legal support staff to prepare cases for trialMaintain regular communication with clients, providing case updates and legal counselAnalyze medical records, police reports, and other documentation to build strong casesDevelop case strategies and work towards achieving favorable settlements or verdicts for clientsRequirements:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law schoolActive license to practice law in California2-6 years of plaintiff personal injury experience, including trial experienceProven track record of successful settlements and verdictsStrong communication, negotiation, and advocacy skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentExceptional attention to detail and organizational skillsPreferred Qualifications:Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plusExperience with auto accident, premises liability, and product liability casesWhy Join?Competitive salary and benefits packageCollaborative and supportive work environmentOpportunities for career growth and advancement
