CASE Construction Business & Sales Manager
is strategically engaged with the key assigned CASE Construction Independent dealers to improve CASE Construction sales volume/margin. Our team is seeking an influential and persuasive individual who has strong financial acumen and customer relations experience.This individual will be located, and traveling to dealerships in
Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Kansas, Colorado and Wisconsin.Responsibilities
Lead and ensure accountability with indirect team members to achieve consolidated goals
Purposeful interaction to build & cultivate relationship with dealers, customers (internal/external)Create & drive sales strategy for assigned dealersExecute dealer business planningDeploy resources to meet dealer/customer needsOther duties as assignedQualifications
Bachelors Degree with at least six (6) years of experience in heavy equipment, construction or agricultural salesORAssociates' Degree with at least nine (9) years of experience in heavy equipment, construction or agricultural salesORHS Diploma with at least twelve (12) years of experience in heavy equipment, construction or agricultural salesCompany Benefits
