Essential Functions As An Entry Level Assistant Manager:
Lead and motivate the sales and marketing team to consistently provide World-Class Service while assisting in closing the saleInnovate new ways to enhance and redefine the direct approach we have with our customer base to expand sales revenueMeet with new and prospective customer base directlyDevelop and maintain strong relationships with entry-level sales and marketing teamEnsure customer expectations are achieved by providing outstanding customer service contributesAnswer questions related to the field day-to-day from the sales team and manage requests for special reports and sales tracking informationEssential Requirements Of An Entry Level Assistant Manager:
Leadership experience, including involvement in related sports and/or student organizationsBasic comprehension of marketing and sales methodsAbility to prioritize well and tackle challenges enthusiasticallyOrganized with the ability to exceed deadlines, and completion of tasks and projects assignedStrong analytical and creative problem-solving abilitiesVersatile and willing to do what it takes to get the job fulfilledProven track record of closing sales and upselling products efficientlyWhat's in it for you?
