District Operations Manager- Full-TimeLocation: Highland Park, IL, 60035What you will be doing:Operational and Financial Performance:Collaborate with corporate leaders to set financial goals.Lead team to support business goals through effective management of revenue, expenses, and staffing.Utilize metrics to drive business results and ensure workplace safety.Staffing and Talent Management:Develop and maintain effective staffing models.Mentor and develop talent to meet district and company leadership needs.Lead onboarding activities and provide ongoing support for career development.Program Management:
Ensure adherence to swim curriculum and program requirements.Lead program evaluations and implement best practices.Customer Engagement and Community Partnership:Build customer loyalty and excitement for the FOSS brand.Manage customer relations and community engagement initiatives.Pool and General Facility Management:Oversee pool equipment maintenance and safety standards.Track ongoing results and communicate with the team in real-time.Experience You Will Need:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent hands-on experience.3+ years of related experience in managing multi-unit profitability and staff.Self-motivated with a desire to achieve results.Flexibility to accommodate varying work schedules.Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.Working Conditions:
Work in warm and humid indoor pool facilities.Ability to work in areas exposed to noise, chemicals, and industrial equipment.Physical ability to teach swim curriculum and perform related tasks.Capacity to operate common office tools and devices.Ability to focus on tasks and apply sound reasoning and judgment.What is it for you:
