TS/SCI with the ability to obtain and maintain a CI polygraphResponsibilities:Develop and execute the marketing and business development strategy for the entire organizationServe as the creative and trusted agent of the Chief Strategy Officer, to drive a culture of innovation and capture excellenceResponsible for executing customer call plansImplement the management and execution of the full business development life-cycle process across multiple simultaneous pursuits and proposalsShape customer requirements and translate tacit customer needs into actionable features, drive differentiation in Invictus' solutions and help create a compelling value propositionAbility to conceptualize a vision for winning, to develop strategy and business development capture plans that implement the company vision, and translate the strategy into win themesEfficiently manage investments in marketing and Bid and Proposal (B&P)Conduct after action reviews for all business development opportunities, document lessons learned and identify necessary adjustments to capture technique, strategy, and actionsServe as a critical partner to the technology team and solution architects and coalesce the Invictus strategy along with the technology strategy

Requirements:Bachelor's degree plus ten (10) years of experienceExcellent communications skills demonstrated through written and oral presentations, development of technical papers, volumes, or similar productsMust be forward thinking and possess business and technical visionThe ability to think strategically a mustPossess analytical presentation and problem-solving skillsFamiliarity with online tools used by the federal government for managing solicitationsExperience in identifying and qualifying large business development programs (>$100M total contract value) with emphasis on opportunity qualification and shapingProven record of success developing opportunities within the DoD market or the Intelligence Community (winning single award >$100M pursuits)Demonstrated skills in all areas of business development including opportunity qualification, capture strategy, customer visits and demonstrations, customer relationship development, relationship development with competitors, written submissions (market surveys, RFI responses, support to proposals), team leadership, etc.Experience in the development of and successful negotiation of teaming agreementsSuperior written and verbal communication skills; experience presenting to senior executives, peers, and customersAbility to empower and engage people and instill drive and passion into the organizationThe ideal candidate has led pursuits in the IC for a minimum of five (5) yearsAbility to gain internal support, operate independently with limited supervision and feedback, and establish solid working relationships with technical staff, division managers, and peers across the corporationPrior business development experience in any federal market segmentCurrent TS/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a CI polygraph
